Aegis Camera Adapter is designed to facilitate the connection of up to two MIPI CSI-2 cameras with additional peripherals, such as an IMU, to the Lattice Holoscan Sensor Bridge board, or an Nvidia Jetson AGX Orin/AGX Xavier development kit.
The board routes two MIPI CSI-2 interfaces through Raspberry Pi 22-pin flat-flex connectors and includes an expansion header that provides access to GPIO, I²C, and SPI signals. The header's pin-out allows direct interfacing with the TDK InvenSense ICM-42688-P IMU development board.
Aegis is intended for evaluation, development, and prototyping of embedded vision systems. It simplifies hardware integration for applications that require camera input along with auxiliary sensor data, such as visual-inertial odometry, stereo vision, or general-purpose image capture.
The adapter is supplied with mounting hardware and is designed for use in a lab or engineering environment. Proper ESD precautions should be observed when handling the device.
